Mystic Monk Coffee. Have you ever heard of these guys? Well, apparently there is a group of Carmelite Monks in Wyoming whose "monastic industry" is the production of roasted coffee. I've never heard of them before, and even though I'm not a big coffee drinker I'll support them by purchasing for a few friends who do enjoy the taste.If you know them or have purchased from them before, leave me a comment and let me know what it was like. Maybe make a few specific recommendations about what is good!

I've not heard of them but will give it a try.
I know of them, and know the priest who made the foundation, Fr. Daniel. They are very good Carmelites - their monastic life is much like the cloistered Discalced Carmelite nuns. Fr. began here in Minnesota at another hermitage - which is also very good - and went 'home' to begin a foundation there.
