I spoke to the veterinarian this afternoon, and I got the news: NO CANCER! Woo-hoo!!!
The doctor, however, insisted that the Critter must be neutered since the absence of this procedure might be causing all his prostate problems.
Now I want to thank all of you for your concern and for your prayers. It's amazing to see just how kind people are:0)
God bless all of you!

Oh Tom i am so pleased that there is no cancer! What a relief for you. I did send up a prayer when i read our earlier post. God Bless!
Thank God - poor little guy.
Oh, gosh! I missed the original post, Tom. What a scary thing to go through. But YAY for no cancer! And yay that there's a way to help prevent future problems.
Give the Critter a giant hug from me and Winston!
Now you know why neutering male dogs is important! But I shall cut (not to make a pun) you some slack for not knowing this, but your vet should have.
My guys are all jumping around the house barking and meowing in joy and thankfulness....
Such good news! How old is Critter? Give him a hug from me too!
That is great, I am so relieved for you. I know how important pets are.
And by the way, I have at least 6 inches of snow outside, I thought of you and your dream of a White Christmas. My couch is very comfy. LOL.
Thank you, folks!
Jennifer-
You are sooo lucky! I wish I could have a white Christmas. I'm sure, however, that people who have to shovel snow from their driveways and walkways think I'm nuts:0)
Blessed be God!!
Hi Tom,
I am late in my post but I wanted to say how pleased I am for you and for your dog.
Having been in a similar situation I was rather nervous that it would go the other way but Praise God all is well!
Kirk
PS
If its any consolation for you regarding snow - it is snowing all over Germany but here - we have rain. Lots and lots and lots of rain. And it is cold. I am hoping for a White Christmas but knowing Dusseldorf I am not confident...
oh Tom.. what wonderful news!!!
I missed the original post too, but I am thankful to hear that you got good news. We have pets also, and I know how much we worry when they are not well.
I'll pray that Critter weathers the, um, "procedure" without problems.
This is fantastic! I pray Little Critter will do better after THE PROCEDURE!
